Southeastern Citrus Expo 2004

About 130 people attended the second annual Southeastern Citrus Expo on Saturday, November 20, 2004, at Riverbanks Zoo and Garden in Columbia, South Carolina. Both attendees and expert speakers traveled to South Carolina from all over the Southeast, and truly made the event a success.

CITRUS CONTEST RESULTS

Twenty-one people submitted 108 fruit entries in the contest,

with the mandarin category receiving the most entries.

In many of the categories, the judges had difficulty agreeing on the top three—

a tribute to the quality of the fruit entered in the contest!
